gracefully falling
leaves ornate the winter mud
with autumn flashbacks –
nature’s vocabulary
writes itself all around us…

    Oh, I am weeping right now for those lost colors of autumn in the mud. Such a beautiful celebration of nature’s signatures so abundant, if we only open our eyes to see them.
